USCIS Medical Exams Starting at $350

USCIS I-693 Medical Exams include evaluation by a Civil Surgeon along with STD testing for gonorrhea and syphilis and tuberculosis testing. QuantiFERON Gold tuberculosis (TB) testing is now required for all applicants age 2 and older if not obtained in the past year.

CareFirst Medical offers Civil Surgeon services for completing USCIS applications such as the I-693 application. Medical exams are performed by an authorized and certified Civil Surgeon with experience in making sure applications are done accurately to ensure compliance with the examination process.

Immunity confirmation tests and vaccination requirements are recommended in accordance with CDC guidelines. Our office will help make sure the citizenship and naturalization process is done in a timely manner for you and your family with quality care.

Cash, credit card, and mobile payment services like Apple Pay are accepted. Once services are rendered, the sale is considered final and no refunds are available. Missing or cancelation of an appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time will result in a $35.00 fee. Laboratory services, vaccinations, and x-rays are performed for an additional cost depending on requirements.

CDC Vaccination Requirement:

Effective Oct. 1, 2021

Applicants subject to the immigration medical examination must complete the COVID-19 vaccine series and provide documentation of vaccination to the civil surgeon person before the civil surgeon can complete and immigration medical examination and sign Form I-693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

TB testing will now be done through blood by QuantiFERON TB Gold per CDC guidelines.
